Hood River PowerSports & Marine (HRP), located in Hood River, formerly Mid Columbia Marine & Motorsports, is looking for a passionate powersports and outdoor sports enthusiast with expertise in social media and marketing knowledge to help spread the word that big changes and lots of fun are here in Hood River! HRP is a powersports dealer for Yamaha, Kawasaki, Sherco, CFMOTO, Kayo, RH Boats, G3 Boats, and more. We sell and service dirt bikes, road bikes, ATVs, Side x Sides, PWCs, power boats, snowmobiles, scooters, E-Bikes, and the full line of Yamaha Mountain bike, Gravel bike, and Cruiser E-BIKES. Operating within HRP is a new company Post Canyon Bikes, supporting and servicing the amazing biking community of the Hood River area.HRP is now ready to build its marketing presence and spread the good word of what we have to offer the HR and surrounding area and is looking for the perfect candidate to assist with content building and daily/weekly postings on social media and the websites. It's important that the candidate live in the Hood River area to have a quick drive to the dealership to take photos and videos and build content with the team 3-4 days per week and/or as needed.I am open to hiring someone from intern level to highly experienced as long as the knowledge, passion, and work ethic are there.Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across various platforms.Duties
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagementCreate engaging content including graphics, videos, and written postsMonitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely mannerAnalyze social media data to track performance and optimize strategiesCollaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goalsQualifications
