As the Social Media Manager at One Community Health, you will play a crucial role in crafting and disseminating content that raises awareness about our programs, engages and educates our community, and drives support for our health center. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team and subject matter experts to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our diverse audience. This position is located in Hood River, Oregon. The schedule is full-time (Monday-Friday) and this position qualifies for hybrid-remote work following an in-office training period, as determined by the manager. Portfolios are encouraged in your application!Job Duties:Develop and implement social media strategy and oversee social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).Create and distribute compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Meta ads, LinkedIn and YouTube) to boost engagement and conversions, including multimedia content and video reels and shorts to enhance our storytelling and educational efforts.Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaign strategy and manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content in line with OCH’s communications goals.Plan, create, and manage paid social media and search advertising campaigns.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of organic and paid campaigns, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with OCH staff, patients, and community partners to gather stories, insights, and data that highlight our impact.Liaison and manage scope of work of the vendors supporting ad strategy and content creation.Minimum Qualifications:2 years' experience in a marketing role.Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on plain language communication.Strong design skills and proficiency using design tools and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite).Experience creating and editing video shorts and reels for a social media audience.Proven experience in content creation and social media management.Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel for events and between clinic locations, as needed.High School Diploma or GED.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field and/or Digital Marketing certificate with portfolio of experience.Experience in health care or non-profit marketing.Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, content management programs).Compensation:Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $52,000 annuallyBilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.OCH is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
