If so, we want you to be our new Marketing Coordinator!We’re looking for a detail-oriented candidate with impeccable time management skills and a desire to work independently and collaboratively on a diverse array of marketing tasks. The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside Marketing and Communications team members, and in partnership with firm leadership, to execute targeted marketing initiatives that further the firm’s strategic goals.Here’s what you’ll be doing:Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members to support new business initiatives, drive brand awareness, and further growth strategiesConceptualize, research, and produce marketing materials, RFQ/RFP proposal responses, and presentations for strategic pursuits that support studio marketing plansResearch clients, market trends, and background information associated with business development efforts in collaboration with studio leadersSupport and conduct client development meetings with leadershipDevelop and maintain marketing materials, data, and contentContribute to a complete and accurate marketing database (Deltek Vantagepoint)Write, edit, and proofread non-technical copy and marketing materialsCoordinate and execute project photography in partnership with studio leadsPrepare project award submissions for industry associations and organizationsHere’s what you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphics, or other relevant field0-5 years of professional marketing or communications experience, ideally within the A/E/C industryProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (with emphasis in InDesign and Photoshop) and Office365 appsKnowledge and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines working independentlyAn exceptionally positive and curious attitude with a strong attention to detailA self-starting drive and eagerness to learn quicklyA desire to work creatively within several concurrent deadlinesThe ability to connect, communicate, and thrive in a diverse environmentWhat we offer:Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid parental leave401K matchShort- and long-term disabilityVolunteerism opportunities and supportHybrid workPaid personal timeFlex spending accountSigning bonusProfessional dues and license reimbursementCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and skillsBaskervill is proud to be an equal opportunity employer M/F/Disability/Veteran, and drug-free workplace.
