As a Paid and Social Media Specialist, you will plan, execute, and optimize our paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, in addition to managing our corporate social channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing, strong data analysis skills, and a passion for driving profitable growth through paid media strategies. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop comprehensive paid and social media strategies that align with JourneyTeam's business goals.Own day-to-day hands-on paid campaign management, including campaign planning, setup, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization across Search, Social, and Display platforms.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize for ROI and other key performance indicators (KPIs).Monitor search (SEO/SEM) & social traffic sources for keyword or optimization opportunities.Manage corporate social media posts, communicate with social media followers, respond to queries, and monitor all corporate social media accounts while tracking performance.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Knowledge of the Microsoft technology industry is a plus but not required.Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for driving growth and innovation.Ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment.You embrace and live the JourneyTEAM Values:

Compensation: $110,000-$140,000 annuallyBenefits:

JourneyTEAM offers a wide range of excellent benefits including healthcare and dental options, as well as a 401k with a ~4% employer match with funds that vest immediately. We enjoy unlimited time off and our employees average 3.5 to 4 weeks off a year. We also provide a monthly phone stipend of $25 as well as a gym membership monthly reimbursement of up to $200. We enjoy a culture of collaboration and creative responsibility to solve problems with autonomy.This job generally operates in a professional office environment, but we are open to discussing remote opportunities as well.
