looking for a Sr. Principal Public Relations Representative

to shape and deliver compelling communications to support our Aeronautics Systems strategic communications team. Reporting to the manager of Strategic Communications, this role is responsible for helping to strategically align and shape communications messaging for tradeshows and sponsorships as well as supporting sector-wide communications strategy.If you are a collaborative communicator who enjoys a dynamic work environment, have a strong program communications mindset, an innovative spirit and a passion for strategic thinking, we’re looking for you.You’ll make a difference by:Overseeing the strategy and process for sector-wide tradeshows, sponsorships and events, partnering with functional colleagues and leadership to align to business objectives.Leading, preparing and positioning subject matter experts for strategic communications opportunities across internal and external channels.Partnering with communications colleagues to develop a holistic and integrated communication strategy to achieve business and communication goals.Preparing and sharing metrics on communications efforts and leveraging those results to evolve strategies and approaches to achieve business objectives.You’ll be a great fit if you:Can confidently and independently interact with executive leaders, and all levels of employees.Are experienced in developing and executing strategic communications plans to achieve business objectives and advance thought leadership.Are a strategic thinker, strong problem solver who is wildly creative and collaborative and pays attention to every detail.Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading through change.Are able to digest complex concepts and communicate them in simple, effective and compelling ways.Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of communications, public relations, marketing or journalism experience or master’s degree and minimum of 8 years of communications, public relations, marketing or journalism experience.Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing and deploying strategic communications campaigns and measuring business impact.Preferred qualifications:Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization.Experience developing productive relationships with executives.Experience in technology, aerospace, defense or other science-related business or government fields.Demonstrated judgement in decision making and leadership actions with capabilities to drive change through creative and/or other disruptive methods, ideas & approaches.Understanding of AP Stylebook.Experience with measurement tools and analyzing data.Salary Range:

$99,900 - $149,900Salary Range 2:
