Scopely is seeking a highly motivated Senior Game Design Producer to join our Production Team on an unannounced title on a remote basis.As producers we help our studio drive vision and ideas from conception into reality. Work within multidisciplinary teams to develop features on time and within budgetCoordination of daily stand-upsIdentifying development impediments, finding solutions, and driving accountability amongst the various stakeholders, owners & team membersIdentifying, mitigating and escalating risks to the project with a heightened awareness of the level and discipline of your audienceScheduling sprints & workload for multiple SCRUM teams - including tracking velocity and sprint capacitySupporting the management of product backlogs and sprints, including resource balancing, identifying new tasks for current or future sprints, clarifying and expanding task descriptions, tracking development over time and reporting to Production, identifying and mitigating development risksConducting sprint planning, review and retrospective meetingsConduct daily stand-ups, track and resolve blocking issuesSupporting Product Owners in writing clear, achievable product feature descriptions - accurately categorizing issues as Epics, Stories, Tasks, Sub-tasks or BugsCommunicating with internal & external stakeholders to demonstrate high level product progressMaintain project plansWork with Senior Management to identify potential additional staffing requirementsFunction as a key interdisciplinary point of contact for communicationWork to run, manage and track development Project ManagementWhat You Will Need

Proven project management skills with full product life-cycle development experienceShipped a minimum of 1 title as a producerBullet-proof grasp of Agile / SCRUM project management methodologiesPersonable; great with peopleExcellent verbal and written communication with a keen eye for detailPassionate about games and free-to-play, enjoying a wide spectrum of gamesAble to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, inspiring and leading them to achieving goalsExcellent analysis and problem-solving skills with a cool, calm approachAbility to summarize complex problems and present in a clear and concise wayA driven, team-focused self-starterWilling to adapt to changing business objectives and manage changeFree-to-play game experience is a plusStrong experience of JIRA & ConfluenceExperience shipping Unity titles is a plusExperience developing on iOS & AndroidAgile game development experience is a plusExperience working with design teams on creating new content, iteration and standing up new features for developmentFor candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $113,900 - $160,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off.
