Do you love social media? Are you passionate about telling stories? If so, you could join the teams of the Barbican Creative Hub or Lincoln Arts Centre as their new Marketing Assistant through their Routes-In programme.These are two separate job roles with the same function. You apply once but have the opportunity to secure a marketing position at either Barbican Creative Hub or Lincoln Arts Centre.As the Marketing Assistant for either Barbican Creative Hub or Lincoln Arts Centre, you will have the opportunity to increase awareness of either organisation’s activities via digital channels such as our website and social media.Why are these roles called “Routes In”?We know it can sometimes be hard to get a job in the arts, but this is your opportunity to find and define your creative space in Lincolnshire, with opportunities to try out new projects with partners from the University, and further across the city.Lincoln Arts Centre and Barbican Creative Hub actively celebrate and champion diversity and we know the importance of bringing diverse perspectives to our team. We are committed to providing routes into the arts and culture industries and committed to the journey of making our recruitment practices more inclusive.These roles are designed for someone at the beginning of their career, and we strongly recommend people from underrepresented groups and backgrounds to apply. You must be 18 years old or over to apply, but there is no upper age limit.
