We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to manage and grow our e-commerce presence across Amazon, TikTok, and various Shopify-connected retail marketplace drop-ship accounts.Job Summary:As the E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our e-commerce channels, focusing on Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify. You will manage all aspects of these platforms, from paid advertising and influencer partnerships to storefront management and drop-shipping logistics. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a deep understanding of Amazon and TikTok marketing, including paid ads, affiliate programs, and storefront setup and management.Key Responsibilities:Amazon Platform Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of our Amazon presence, including Amazon Storefront, Amazon Vine program, Amazon Affiliates, and paid Amazon ads.Develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement on Amazon.Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to optimize ROI and meet sales targets.Manage and maintain Amazon inventory, ensuring timely updates and accurate listings.

TikTok Platform Management:

Set up and manage TikTok Shop, including product listings, promotions, and fulfillment.Create and manage paid TikTok ad campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversions.Develop and maintain relationships with TikTok affiliates and influencers to promote brand visibility and drive sales.Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.

Shopify-Connected Retail Marketplace Management:

Manage and optimize Shopify-connected retail marketplace drop-ship accounts.Ensure seamless integration between Shopify and various retail platforms, maintaining accurate product listings, inventory levels, and order fulfillment processes.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic and sales on Shopify-connected platforms.

Qualifications:Proven experience in managing Amazon, TikTok, and Shopify platforms, specifically in the beauty, CPG, or retail industries.Expertise in Amazon paid advertising, Amazon Vine, Amazon Affiliates, and Amazon Storefront management.Strong understanding of TikTok Shop setup, TikTok paid ads, TikTok affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships.Proficiency in Shopify platform management, including drop-shipping and marketplace integrations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.Work Schedule:Full-time, 40-45 hours per week.Monday through Friday, during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm CST).100% remote position.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a stable and reputable holding company with a strong presence in luxury industries.Work remotely from anywhere within the Central Standard Time zone.How to Apply:If you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, please submit your resume in English and detailing your relevant experience and achievements.
