The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing across Milhaus and provide direction, guidance, support, and lead the day-to-day workflow and success of the marketing team. This individual will collaboratively be partnering with the development, capital markets, asset management, operations, and property management teams to align and accomplish company objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who values copy/content, has experience in digital marketing, is a solution-oriented strategic thinker, and is a data-driven decision-maker.

Manage, lead, coach and support a marketing team including prioritizing needs, managing employee workloads, project management, hiring, and training new teammates. Provide support for professional development to all teammates through coaching, mentoring and feedback/feedforward.Strategically guide all aspects of marketing including public relations, digital marketing, property lease-ups, internal and external communications, branding and design, investor relations marketing, property marketing plans, and corporate initiatives.Manage public relations for Milhaus including press releases, white papers, award submissions, and more.Spearhead strategic and tactical marketing campaigns for pre-leasing efforts for property lease ups through stabilization with property management teams increasing quantitative and qualitative lead generation through the marketing funnel via use of ILSs, EliseAI, Google Ads, and other lead gen tools.Develop an investor relations marketing program with the Investor Experience Coordinator.Analyze current spend, policies, procedures, and vendors, looking for cost savings or increasing ROI.Work with Property Management Trainer to build out training of marketing platforms (Realync, EliseAI, J Turner, Birdeye, and others), social media, branding, and digital marketing education.Stay up to date with new technology, emerging trends, and market changes to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Deliver creative new property brands, while serving as a brand ambassador ensuring the Milhaus brand and all property brands are upheld to brand standards.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Develop and manage marketing budget.Various other marketing-related events.Other duties as assigned.Requirements

BS or BA in Marketing preferred8+ years of applicable experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with developing and implementing marketing campaigns and plansAbility to prioritize and effectively manage time and workload.Benefits
