For over 30 years, ColorLab has partnered with congregations, schools, and corporations, reimagining spaces from office complexes to exteriors and vehicle graphics. Our Senior Graphic Designer will inspire clients to see their spaces differently through brand experiences, graphic communications, and spatial design projects. The position is best suited to a designer who is adept at developing creative up-front design concepts, environmental graphics, and experiential identity for physical space. You should be able to think creatively and execute on the technical understanding to final production.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design of a wide variety of graphics, branded environment, signage, and way-finding projects.The Senior Graphic Designer will deliver creative solutions in a diverse range of markets including hospitality, higher education, faith-based organizations, and workplaces.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, are well spoken, and can work well with integrated teams of architects and interior designers.Communicate ideas clearly in client presentations and to the team.Strong work ethic, flexible, positive, and work well in a fast-paced collaborative team setting.Demonstrate ability to apply a client's brand and design aesthetic across multiple mediums.Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Visual Communication or similar background.5-10 years of post-graduate and directly relevant work experience in environmental graphics required.Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD, Microsoft Word and Excel.Revit, Sketch Up, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere skills are a plus.Strong understanding of materials, vendor management, and fabrication/construction.Working knowledge of print and production.Ability to provide a portfolio that shows a variety of approaches and specific examples of fully realized and produced projects, preferably post-graduate.Knowledgeable of architectural scales (imperial and metric), sections, plans and elevations.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected Veteran status.
