If you are ready to join an international company with talent around the world, and want to make a real impact, we want you on our team.What You'll Do:Own marketing strategy, plans and execution for the Footwear global segment – driving market awareness, engagement and business growth.Develop, align and execute marketing plans for new business development markets and strategic OEMs, bringing program recommendations to commercial leaders that directly support their business objectives.Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identifying marketing optimization opportunities. Create and manage customer segments and customer journeys. Continually test and track journeys and propositions to ensure they are driving the correct behavior and delivering optimal UX results. Implement conversion points and optimize user funnels.Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing performance against goals, costs per outcome and insights that can be applied to future programming using a solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google).Develop and manage marketing campaigns that include content development and promotion across multiple channels (e.g., advertising, trade media, digital and social marketing) ensuring consistent messages across all mediums that connect with target audiences and are measurable.Create and maintain best-in-class internal and external experiences via websites and other interactive channels to maximize lead generation using search engine optimization and other tactics.Identify gaps in sales tools, create new marketing assets and support maintenance of existing marketing collateral (including presentations, literature and digital assets).Manage tradeshows and customer events as needed.Coordinate with regional counterparts to ensure aligned strategies and sharing of best practices.Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments related to different product lines or regions as the business needs evolve.Skills That Make a Difference:Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or equivalent from an accredited university.7+ years of experience in marketing communications and project management in a B2B or B2B2C environment.Experience building and executing traditional and digital marcom plans that drive business results.Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders and building outstanding customer relationships.Strong writing skills across communications media, including ability to translate technical content into marketing messaging.Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends, including SEO and the ability to develop and influence new marketing concepts and techniques.Proven history of using CRM to drive results.Strong understanding of digital analytics, metrics, voice of the Client research with the ability to interpret to make key decisions; advanced proficiency with web reporting and analytics tools.Impact orientated, takes initiative and focused on delivering quantifiable results.Able to effectively manage a variety of projects and timelines simultaneously.Ability to travel (up to 10%).Perks & Rewards That Inspire:Competitive salary with performance-based bonus plans.401K Match plus Age Weighted Defined Contribution.Competitive medical, dental & vision offerings.Ready for your next career step?
