About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our flexible workspace portfolio and brokerage. In this role, you will collaborate closely with General Managers and Sales teams to develop and execute innovative, omni-channel marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, bookings, and revenue growth. Your work will span direct-to-consumer marketing, broker outreach, digital campaigns, and event management for our existing workspace portfolio and for our workspace brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing campaigns to promote available office spaces, coworking areas, and meeting rooms.
Work closely with General Managers to tailor marketing strategies for each location.
Manage and optimise digital marketing efforts, including PPC, SEO, and email campaigns.
Develop creative marketing solutions to attract new customers and enhance existing relationships.
Organise and promote events that build vibrant communities within our workspaces.
Report on marketing performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Oversee the creation of high-quality, branded marketing assets.
About You:
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services or digital sectors.
Strong skills in digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling marketing plans.
Self-motivated, with a strategic mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Experience with marketing platforms such as Pardot and Google Analytics.
