They are responsible for leading more business within the agency and they volunteer to step-out from their assigned business to help wherever their expertise is needed. They are universally respected, trusted and invited to the table due to their track record and passion for securing the success of the agency. Their influence and ability to inspire pulses throughout the broader team, leading by example and generously helping others (regardless of discipline) to achieve their full potential. They provide creative direction that enhances copy and art regardless of their native discipline. Beyond the ability to effectively "sell" or romance ideas these agency leaders have a commanding presence built on respect and the clarity and power of their communication mastery. They leverage their personal communication style and story-telling skills to "wow the room".All the qualities exhibited as CD are amplified at the GCD level. Their heightened sense of responsibility for creative and financial is key for success. They conduct/participate in open, frank and collaborative discussions with the executive level members to ensure the business is tightly managed, the work is stellar, and the team feels inspired, energized and appropriately rewarded.What You'll DoA leader that inspires teams to deliver conceptual, original, compelling and strategically sound creative solutions that build great brandsBrings all their well-established skills of a CD to a broader client baseActive as a thought leader within and beyond the agency by pursuing award judging opportunities, writing articles, attending/participating in industry events, etc.

What You'll Need8+ years Creative Director experience in the Healthcare Advertising spaceIs adept at simultaneously leading multiple, large-scale initiativesCan effectively communicate and sell ideasEnsures budgets and timelines appropriately balance creative requirements and client needsAnticipates staffing needs and works collaboratively with the Director of Creative Resources to identify and allocate resources efficientlyWorks with the ECDs/CCO to appropriately staff their businessIs proactive and collaborative in resolving conflicts amongst team peersVolunteers to lead new business efforts and knows who to engage to ensure a winning effortWork closely with Account Services, Ops and Planning to proactively identify/solve long and short term opportuntities/risks

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
