Santa Anna is searching for a Manager, Digital Content Strategy who is passionate aboutstorytellingin both written and visual mediums. The ideal candidateisa spectacular writerwho knows their way aroundgraphic designprograms and is comfortable pivoting between internal and external messagingwhilemaintainingavery busy editorial calendar for various channels.This includes but is not limitedto:pitching story concepts, writing articles, sourcing/creating and editing visual assets to accompany digitalcontent, andpublishingfinal deliverablestowebsites (internal and external) and social media channels.

What you'll do:

Collaborate with Corporate Communications and other division colleagues to publish content dailyto various channels (press releases, internal memos, leadership interviews, news and updates surrounding key company initiatives)Pitch content ideas with a channel-first framework that considers how asingle piece of contentwould connect with Sony Music's stories and live across various channels as well as how it should be altered and/or optimizedfor our various externalchannelsCreate and edit visual materials from standardized design templates to accompany contentpiecesOrganizeeditorial calendars andproactivelycommunicate upcomingdeadlinesto department and division colleaguesMaintainand organize aninternal photoand video libraryLiaise with different business units and labelsto source photo assetsandfactchecksStay on top of, and in lock step with, social media culture, content trends and new platforms, continually strategizing how to evolve our corporate brand voice and storytellingInterface with artists to help put together social strategies and create content

Who you are:

Minimum2 years of relevant working experience in an editorial contentrole, with a portfolio of work to show productions of self-developedcontentHigh level of visual/design sensibilitieswith basic knowledge of design programs such as Photoshop or InDesignFamiliarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and basic understanding of web publishingSuperior writing skills and creative content developmentStrong collaboration and communication skills a mustBachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
