We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our coaching programs, webinars, and events. You will work closely with the team to create engaging content, manage our social media presence, and drive customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to make a significant impact in an intimate company setting. This position will have a hybrid schedule, with the candidate working in the office at least three days per week as well as from home. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage compelling content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website • Oversee and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and communicate with clientele • Coordinate marketing efforts for live and virtual events, including webinars, workshops, and training sessions • Optimize website content for search engines to increase organic traffic • Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activity • Work closely with other team members to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, and email marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Workspace, MailChimp, and Canva • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
