Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing and Communication with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years + Master's degree
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Communication and Business Administration a plus. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.

What will your job entail?
Responsibilities:
- Works with business unit heads on marketing strategy for individual products and business and ensures alignment with business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services within the specialized insurance market for business unit
- Oversees campaign execution across various channels such as digital platforms, social media, email, and print, and ensures cohesive messaging and consistent brand representation
- Identifies emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, provides insights to senior management to support informed decision making on marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Works with internal business unit stakeholders, such as underwriters and brokers, to gather insights and develops marketing materials for specific products and target markets.
- Serves as advisor to the senior management, presenting campaign results, recommendations, and strategic initiatives to support business growth and objectives.
- Monitors and analyzes marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimizes strategies, and provides actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cultivates and maintains relationships with external parties, including brokers, agents, industry associations, and media outlets, to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.
- Stays updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes within the specialty insurance market to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.
- Fosters a collaborative and high-performing work environment and facilitates professional development opportunities.
