The Marketing Supervisor will oversee all lead generating initiatives for Defined Fitness. You will drive the success of the business through the development and oversight of all Defined Fitness lead generating strategies that bring to life the unique and compelling brand attributes. Through innovative and creative design solutions you will engage our target audiences across multi-media communication channels. With a focus on excellence, you will play an active role in the creative development, planning and implementation of all Defined Fitness marketing.

With unyielding passion and infectious positivity, you will create, protect and develop the Defined Fitness brand and serve as an ambassador for the brand, both at work and in our community.

In your role you will lead the development and implementation of the Defined Fitness online, digital and social media strategy, including the curation of branded content for all digital platforms including digital advertising, website, email, APP, SMS and social content. You will be responsible for the creation of art, photography, video and layout design.

Salary: $45,000 Annually

Essential Functions & Responsibilities• Build and develop lead funnel, lead follow up communication and the member journey.• Create and oversee the lead automation strategy (life of the lead), set up of trigger events and drip communications both text and email.• Set up of communication templates and follow up scripts for text and email to optimize lead conversions.• Create and send Bulk SMS and Email communications in Gym Sales.• Stay up to date on SMS and Email compliance and anti-spam regulations and best practices to mitigate liability for Defined.• Set up of lead forms for external events and lead capture initiatives.• Create all digital advertising including Meta, You Tube, Google and OTT.• Design and oversee the layout and distribution of all member and prospective member email communications.• Track success of all online, social and digital marketing and provided on-going reporting including website analytics, post-performance, SEO and search rankings, email open rates, digital advertising metrics, lead sourcing, APP downloads and all other related metrics, as needed• Oversee the Digital Content Specialist and supervise the development and execution of the social media strategy and creation of content for distribution online, through social media, email, digital advertising and on the Defined Fitness App.• Create, maintain and implement marketing and editorial calendars in line with company marketing strategy• Execute weekly reputation management reports for every club. Respond to all online reviews including Yelp, Google, Facebook, BBB and all other online review sources.• Update and manage the Defined Fitness website using website CMS (Content management system).• Create, implement and track email and text messaging campaigns• Oversee the company App, including updating content, development of promotions and tracking of leads and referrals.• Manage the development and implementation of marketing projects from design concept to bidding and estimates, production and final execution.• Develop and maintain a unique brand position and manage brand standards for the corporate brand.• Maintain current on emerging media, design standards and industry trends.• Effectively communicate creative solutions while providing and accepting feedback regarding marketing projects.• Organize and participate in events to build and promote the brand including but not limited to grand openings, special events, promotions, photo shoots, etc.• Manage and oversee the success of the Marketing Specialist• Provide leadership and guidelines to ensure consistency of the brand across all digital platforms• Develop timelines, manage project workload and ensure deadlines are met• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Web design knowledge, preferred• College degree in graphic design or 1-5 years graphic design experience• 1-3 years supervisory experience• Experience with and understanding of market research and analysis• Excellent design skills and conceptual ability• Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas• Ability to work well with teams in multiple interdisciplinary departments• Demonstrated ability to develop designs from conception to production• Demonstrated ability to sustain high productivity, attention to detail and meet tight deadlines• Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to think innovatively, creatively and strategically
