We are is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

Pay:

$17.50 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals and brand identity.Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos, stories) for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as engagement, reach, and follower growth.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies.Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.Engage with online communities, influencers, and brand advocates to build relationships and amplify the brand's reach.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and visual content.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits:
