Spacelift is searching for a Field Marketing Manager to lead the execution of event marketing and field campaigns. This role will contribute to the company's growth by engaging with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams through strategic field marketing activities This role is a member of the Spacelift Growth Marketing team and collaborates with Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and the larger marketing team to activate regional events and campaigns aimed at driving pipeline and engagement among our target market.

About the Role

Organize and execute marketing events such as tradeshows, conferences, and local community eventsCoordinate logistics, manage on-site staff, and ensure a seamless experience for attendeesPartner with product, solution engineering, and product marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract and engage event attendeesWork closely with AEs and SDRs to align event objectives with sales goals, ensuring events contribute to pipeline generation and new businessWork with product marketing, content teams and internal SMEs to track and convert calls for paper opportunitiesManage the Spacelift webinar program across thought leadership, product demos and customer-focused content tracksDevelop promotional outbound campaigns with AEs and SDRs to build awareness and encourage discovery among target audiencesOversee the distribution of promotional materials and merchandise, working with marketing, sales and customer success teamsWork with operations to monitor the success of events and field campaigns to inform future strategies based on data and insightsAbout You

5+ years in field marketing, event management, or related roles, preferably within the tech industryStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication to manage various stakeholdersAbility to motivate and coordinate responsibilities of onsite event teamsExperience managing tradeshows and hosting field eventsExperience with Salesforce and HubSpot is a bonusWillingness to Travel: Frequent travel to oversee field marketing activities is required (15-20% travel)What we offer
