As the Product Marketing Manager at TextExpander, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and success of our platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that communicate our value proposition, increase market share, and drive customer engagement and retention. Your efforts will ensure that our platform continues to help teams access collective knowledge instantly and ensure consistent high-quality communication..The specifics:Market Research & IntelligenceUnderstand the market landscape and industry trends.Conduct research on competitors and understand differentiation.Collaborate with Product Managers (PM) on high-context research (e.g., interviews, focus groups, usability tests) to understand customer needs.Conduct low-context research (e.g., surveys, social media, data analysis) to understand the market scope and size.Go-To-Market StrategyAlign market research, target personas/ideal customer profiles, messaging and positioning, product offering and pricing, launch programs, budget, and goals into a strategic plan.Ensure customer value is understood and GTM is enabled, collaborating with Product Managers to ensure the product addresses customer needs and value propositions.Messaging & PositioningDevelop buyer personas, messaging houses, market positioning statements, core value propositions, and feature-to-value mapping.GTM EnablementCreate and maintain marketing, sales, and success collateral.Develop battle cards for Sales/Success and a messaging house for Marketing.Craft elevator pitches, pitch decks, and demo scripts.Collect and utilize social proof, including customer stories, testimonials, logos, and customer references.Conduct GTM training, including annual certification of reps on products, product launch training, and ongoing updates/improvements to the product.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.4-5+ years of experience specifically in product marketing, with additional experience in generalist or specialist marketing roles.Proven experience and expertise in growing Product-led Growth businesses.Experience building strong go-to-market campaigns in partnership with your Product, Marketing, & Sales teammates.Experience working with Product teams that practice Agile product development.Ability to write and create much of your own customer-facing content.Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with product and engineering teams.Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and positioning.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong familiarity with data driven decision making and measurement.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Benefits:

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 depending on location and experienceThe Fine Print:
