ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Marketing Manager for Retail Channel drives marketing initiatives to boost sales, traffic, and profitability for Viking Sewing Gallery and Singer Experience Center stores in the US. This role covers product launches, store openings, in-store promotions, digital campaigns, and email marketing. As a key member of the omni-channel marketing team, the Marketing Manager will influence market presence and retail strategies in line with the company's overall marketing vision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute demand-driven marketing campaigns, including merchandising, signage, and digital content, to boost brand reach, sales, and customer baseMonitor and adjust campaigns based on KPIs for brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions to improve ROICollaborate with the Director of Marketing and Sales Leaders to create go-to-market strategies for products, programs, and servicesRecommend SKU assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive sales during events and key seasonsMaintain up-to-date content for local search, store listings, and consumer databases.Plan and execute email campaigns and direct mail marketing automationAnalyze marketing programs and promotions to understand local sales, traffic, and profitabilityServe as a marketing ambassador, working with Retail Leadership to develop local marketing plans that align with brand strategyCreate the Retail Store Marketing Guide, including seasonal programs, marketing assets, and field marketing plansMeasure and communicate results of local marketing plans, providing real-time reporting and adjusting content as neededCollaborate with Leadership, Marketing, and Retail Operations to develop strategic marketing plansWork with Product Management, Creative, Content, and Education teams to create integrated marketing programsQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5+ years of marketing strategy, planning, and communication experience, preferably in retailKnowledge of retail marketing and the ability to create impactful promotional and traffic-driving campaignsStrong leadership and collaborative skills with experience across teamsProficiency in Microsoft Collaboration Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems (Oracle CE), CMS (Drupal, WordPress), Email Service Providers (Klaviyo), and Digital Presence Platforms (YEXT) preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changeStrong team player with a customer-focused mindset and professional presenceExcellent creative thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsEducation- Bachelor's degree (Business or Marketing concentration) from accredited college or university

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Works in a typical office environment at Corporate HQ/ in the Nashville area. Ability to travel domestically for career fairs, dealer/retail meetings up to 5% of the time.
