Job Description
This is a non paid internship , local candidates preferred.As User Experience Intern you be creating workflow diagrams, wireframes, and screen designs for enterprise and mobile applicationsAssist in feature ideation workshopsAssist in research artifacts like personas, journey maps, service design blueprints, etcAssist designing for different platforms; mobile; tablet; and desktopAssist designing and creating prototypes with tools like Figma, Axure, InVision, Principle, etc.Assist in ensuring all designs are built on a foundation of solid usability and intuitive design principlesParticipate in design review meetings with clients and internal teamsMeeting with clients to exceed design expectations, while being sensitive to how their needs may impact the development timeline, etc.Assist in Seamgen marketing efforts for web & printWorking closely with the development team to ensure designs are fully implementableDocumenting project requirements in the form of feature lists, wireframe annotations, and User Stories.Qualifications
Experience in Visual and UX (or Interaction Design) with emphasis in human-centered design methodsBachelor's Degree in interaction design, cognitive science, visual design, game design, cognitive psychology, sociology, or related disciplinesExperience working in complex, technical environmentsAbility to understand business goals and craft intuitive solutions for complex problemsFigma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or other design toolsAbility to create interactive high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, InVision, Axure, Framer, Principle or similar toolsAbility to promote and champion your design solutions based on reason, research, and dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsBonus Skills
Experience working in a product owner capacityMotion graphics or UI animation experienceWorking knowledge of front end development technologies and frameworksExperience building complex design systems and component libraries
