We're looking for someone like you to join our global team! As a Client Success Manager I, you'll play a crucial role in managing media campaigns throughout the display campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal sales teams to review and produce newly sold campaigns based on relevant media productsServe as a liaison with external partners on creative strategy, timelines, and ongoing campaign productionCoordinate production tasks with preferred vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables that adhere to published policiesProvide client support on creative requirements, adhering to technical specifications and vertical-specific guidelinesOversee inventory reservation requests and creative scheduling with the Technical Ad Operations teamEnsure on-time campaign launches and monitor pacing and performanceConduct basic troubleshooting for production, delivery, or billing challengesPropose and implement post-sale optimization strategies to improve campaign delivery and minimize revenue leakageManage creative and campaign performance reporting to ensure delivery against KPIs and goalsComplete monthly billing and campaign actualization tasksMeet or exceed team metrics for timely, high-quality service deliveryActively participate in team projects to drive operational efficiency and resultsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3+ years of experience in online advertising or marketingProficiency in both English and Spanish (required)Proficient in MS Office applications with basic Excel skillsExperience with Google Ad Manager, JIRA, Tableau, and Salesforce (strongly preferred)Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks within tight deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to set expectationsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to build strong partnerships and coordinate across teams and functionsThrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPreferred Experience:

Campaign management experience in the travel industry

Location: This role is not open to permanent remote work arrangements.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33 to $36/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
