The Sr. Director of Marketing will be responsible for owning all aspects of our marketing strategy and execution to achieve aggressive growth goals. This leader will need to be an excellent communicator with a value creation mindset who will provide sound business judgment as we scale our business. This individual will be required to have an entrepreneurial spirit, a strategic mindset, a passion for technology, analytics and the ability to double the size of the business. They will be expected to deeply understand internal and external customers, create the right messaging and content to credibly tell the Ware2Go story, distribute content across all marketing channels, and ultimately develop brand equity that is recognized throughout the industry sector.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create an annual marketing plan with marketing goals and a budget that are aligned to strategic initiatives and the overall business planDevelop and implement a brand marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and brand reputation that positions Ware2Go as an industry thought leader, employer of choice, and differentiation from competitionDevelop and implement a paid media strategy that allocates budget across paid advertising channels to drive sales pipeline while delivering a strong ROILead relationships with strategic partnerships including agency, channel partners, and UPS DIgital resources to deploy an integrated marketing plan that compliments internal resourcesUtilize analytics to measure all marketing campaigns, ad spend, trade shows, Webinar etc. and apply insights to adjust and or refine the marketing department's priorities in concert with the overall corporate strategy and strategic initiativesCreate culture of accountability by implementing goals that are quantifiable, structures to measure results regularly, and an agile marketing strategy that can be adapted quickly based on learningsPartner with peers across organizations to ensure internal and external brand and associated messaging is aligned and meeting best practices for engagementPartner with Sales, CS, and RevOps to create an end-to-end marketing journey that is connected, clear, and drives strong engagement and conversion metricsImplement systems, practices and programs to capture competitor activity and develop benchmarking that will improve overall marketing performance as well as create differentiation that is valued in the marketplaceAttract, inspire, coach, and develop team so that all organizational and departmental goals are met or exceededEstablish appropriate organizational design based on business goals and budget using ongoing analytics to ensure appropriate return on investmentsCreate organizational structure and identify and align leaders that will:Create, improve, and own all aspects of the marketing lifecycle and acquisition funnels as new channels emerge and our customer base grows.Create demand across all digital marketing channels including the website, paid advertising, organic social, SEO, content marketing, third party partnerships, account-based marketing, email, outbound prospecting, sales enablement (including tradeshow strategy in partnership with sales).Build the brand through strong content, thought-leadership, social media, PR and design/branding efforts.Create and scale repeatable growth processes to generate measurable revenue.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience as a senior marketing team leader at a tech-forward, B2B companyExperience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing/fulfillment, or eCommerce a plusStrength in demand generation marketing tactics and strategies in addition to having broad experience in digital marketing channels and tactics inclusive of inbound marketing, outbound prospecting, SEM/SEO, digital advertising, social media, email.Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Full Story, GA4 ( google analytics )Analytical and data-driven in making critical decisions. Experience in developing key KPIs with ability to evolve metrics as the company grows to showcase department impact.Strong experience with marketing analytics + marketing technology, systems, and best practices.Experience managing a $3M+ budget with focus on testing/optimizing toward best investment.Feel for branding/storytelling and ability to create remarkable content to establish a leading, customer-centric brand.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity, strong bias for action.Adept at and enjoy partnering and collaborating cross-functionally.Team leadership and talent development including identification of high-potential talent.Personal Characteristics:
