Your Role:
Our successful Marketing Specialist candidate is a creative thinker with excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail skills. Marketing experience is required with a strong focus on digital marketing, including content creation, email campaigns and website management. Candidate must have the ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks and/or projects.
Keys to Success:
College Degree required in marketing or related field.
Three (3) or more years marketing experience required with a strong emphasis on digital marketing. Creative thinker with superior communication, organizational and attention-to-detail skills a must. Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision. Requires knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Assist with developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals - includes social media, email campaigns and the website.
Manage and maintain social media presence through content creation and development of social media calendars for all company social sites.
Create and monitor email marketing campaigns.
Maintain, manage and monitor company website. Includes updating content and coordinating design needs as well as working with internal departments to ensure accurate and relevant web content.
Measure, analyze and report on performance of digital marketing content, including social media, e-mail campaigns and website performance.
Research digital marketing trends.
Manage on-property signs, includes organizing requests/needs and scheduling/posting.
Maintain company listings with various external resource sites.
Manage customer inquiries/complaints received via the company info email and social media accounts.
Coordinate and disseminate communications and correspondence to all departments and necessary team members regarding marketing programs and initiatives.
Assists with development, coordination and implementation of promotions and events.
Provides administrative support to Marketing Department; assures accurate files and record keeping, prepares and tracks reports as required, prepares purchase requisitions, orders office supplies and maintains inventory.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Interfaces daily with personnel from various departments.
Acts with discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Able to lift and carry 30 lbs occasionally
Able to stand and walk 6-8 hours
Selected applicants will be required to complete an online onboarding process.
