The Dynamics 365 Product Marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with a passion for technology, who is a creative storyteller and excels at cross-team collaboration. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive our marketing strategy, messaging and storytelling, and act as the subject matter expert, with a deep understanding of the needs of SMBs.

Responsibilities

Lead product marketing strategy and execution, including how our differentiated value is articulated to customers and partners.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, business planning, finance and other internal/external stakeholders on product investment priorities and roadmap.

Build content and amplify through marketing channels with proven tactics.

Develop specific go-to-market plans and integrate offerings into marketing campaigns.

Use the go-to-market plans to enable partners and field with best-in-class content and programs.

Act as an internal and external subject matter expert, responsible for being a spokesperson for the Business Central product.

Understand broader commercial cloud trends in SMB and establish a deep understanding and point-of-view on competitive offerings.

Lead the marketing work streams in support of key announcements and solution launches.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business

OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business

OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business

OR equivalent experience.

Master's degree.

5+ years of experience in marketing in a high tech or innovative company within the product marketing or product management discipline.

Experience with cloud-based Enterprise software including CRM, ERP and homegrown applications and familiarity with operational business processes.

Experience in creating or managing channel/partner enablement and sales programs.

Track record in crafting compelling brand and product positioning.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
