The TSI Marketing team is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive marketing innovation, marketing automation, lead management, and agency engagement for the TSI Global Demand Center. You will be accountable for aligning marketing tools and processes with business strategies, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.

This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will:

Own the strategy and operations of our global demand center marketing technology stack for lead management and routing, campaign management and measurement, marketing database, and marketing performance reporting.

Lead global campaign setup and management including localization, accessibility, campaign analytics instrumentation, data hygiene, and email marketing.

Deliver processes and tools to drivebreadth and depth marketing segmentation,account based marketing, nurture marketing, lead routing, and cross-sell/upsell, in conjunction with sales leads and product leads.

Responsible for owning the security, privacy and compliance of the tech stack and marketing platform.

Oversee capacity planning, process oversight and workflow management to optimize agency relationships and maximize business outcomes.

Own agency engagement processes, marketing program business rules, and system operations documentation, so teams do not need to rely on tribal knowledge.

Identify problems and issues quickly, and running a process to communicate to stakeholders, assess impact, coordinate fixes across teams, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience

OR equivalent experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience

OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience

OR equivalent experience.

3+ years technology/process improvement experience.

Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights -Journeys and other marketing automation technology.

Proven track record of delivering results and earning trust in a matrix environment.

Ability to translate business requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem solving and analytical skills.

Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
