This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the strategy, recruit and train a team, and lead them to achieve exceptional results. Your leadership and vision will be critical in driving the success of this department.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a field marketing strategy to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.Recruit, train, and manage a team of field marketers, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet targets.Actively participate in daily field marketing efforts, leading by example in the field.Set clear performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to help the team succeed.Monitor and analyze field marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of lead generation efforts.Maintain a positive and energetic team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high morale.Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.Qualifications:Proven experience in field marketing or a similar field, with a strong track record of success.Previous experience in a management or leadership role, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Willingness to be in the field daily, leading field marketing efforts hands-on.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and make decisions to drive departmental success.A passion for achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
