roles open within their in-house creative studio.As a Creative Agency Manager, you're a results-driven team player who can guide a cross-functional team through the creative development lifecycle, overseeing strategy, design, creative, social media, and video production processes as well as legal approvals, QA, and hand-offs of creative assets for deployment across all Retail Marketing channels.You will be at the center of a fast-paced environment and will be relied on to prioritize on a daily basis, facilitate decisions among stakeholders, and maintain processes and best practices in order to meet deadlines and drive outcomesThis is a hybrid role with onsite requirements Tues/Weds/Thurs in Malvern, PA.Role and Responsibilities :Leads and advises on creative progress and efficiencies, content and design solutions, for digital, video, UX, interactive, print materials, presentations, and other creative mediums.Provide end-to-end project management for development of content and creative across all marketing channels and mediums.Develop and monitor detailed project plans, demonstrating the ability to customize plans according to the duration and effort needed by the content and creative team.Collaborate with channel managers and internal teams to design, develop, and implement creative assets.Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks, creative SLAs, SLA assumptions, and due dates.Highlight risks, track dependencies, and elevate problems as needed.Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project timeline, updating stakeholders when projects are off schedule and communicating plans to realign as needed to meet in-market dates.Demonstrate deep knowledge of creative, digital, video, social media, and editorial processes.Transform draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful end products.Audit and validate project design files and document implementation requirements.Forecast and manage project resources and timelines to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet our quality standards. Understand creative flighting, scoping, duration, and effort.Hold all task assignees accountable for meeting their task requirements successfully and on time.Understand creative project management system analytics to pull reports and use data to create efficiencies.Ensure that work is in good order before opening jobs and when receiving project assets.Educate and push back when work is not in good order.Reinforce the review process, demonstrating an understanding of opinion-based feedback vs. business product and brief alignment feedback.Take ownership of quality assurance on projects by validating all creative project deliverables.Maintain high levels of motivation and efficiency among project teams by listening, responding to questions, and clearing blockers for them.Document and update job aids and best practices, implementing change management.Requirements :5+ years of digital and creative agency management experience, including large-scale campaigns.3+ years' experience in Adobe Workfront project management software.Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field - professional certification a plus.Qualifications :Fluency with creative project management tools like Workfront, Wrike, Airtable, JIRA, Excel.Familiarity with content management systems.Knowledge of Adobe programs.Working experience managing creative, compliance, and legal approvals. Able to problem solve with compliance.Experience managing front-end as well as back-end website developers, and well as internal and external development teams/vendors.Basic understanding of the technical limitations and implications of design choice.
