Purpose Statement

The Digital Marketing Coordinator, Content Factory* provides support to the Digital Demand Creation team to optimize the organization's digital marketing programs with a focus on content creation and management. Must be able to l ift 10-15 lbs and be able to stand for up to 4 hours while participating in photo or video shoots.

*This is a hybrid position based out of Buffalo, NY. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule of Mon & Fri work from home, Tues-Thurs work on site at world headquarters. You are required to work a Monday or Friday on occasion for video or photo shoots, but you will be able to swap it for another day off in the same week.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Marketing Coordination (70%)

Leads content creation efforts in adherence of GS1 GDSN standards, Core Content and Optimized Content to drive syndication of quality content to all customers.

Maintain and deliver assets aligned to content creation standards as required and directed by leadership; ensure content aligns to Rich’s style guide, voice, and quality

Partner with internal stakeholders and agency partners to update and maintain assets within Rich’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) applications & vendor systems as necessary

Organize, backup and archive all content while following brand naming conventions and metadata management strategies following industry best practices.

Identify asset management operational and user efficiencies, continually developing skills and expertise in digital asset curation and syndication by being current with prevailing technologies in the digital world

Monitor, assess and report on progress against content creation activities.

Provide asset and content audits & support to maintain Rich’s websites, social media channels, consumer websites & the digital shelf.

Develop relationships with relevant vendors & agencies, and provide relevant, timely feedback

General Administration, as required (15%)

Provides administrative support to Sr. Vice President, Demand Creation; (expense reports, meeting coordination, etc.)

Provides governance support and meeting coordination for Demand Creation Team and other leadership meetings

Manages Team Contact Lists, SharePoint Sites (Demand Creation COE, Marketing Competency & Training, others)

Assists with onboarding of new associates

Supports ad-hoc marketing requests from Sr. Vice President and Demand Creation COE team members for presentations, meeting coordination

General Team Support (15%):

Provides support to the Director of Demand Creation/Digital Marketing regarding analyses of costs and raises budget compliance issues and looks for opportunities to reduce redundancy

Responsible for the proper coding of invoices and reconciliation against DC COE budgets

Provide back-up support to the Assistant Manager, Content Factory as necessary

Manage Agile Ceremonies and Calendars for Digital Customer Experience and Performance Marketing team.

Participate in Agile product development work to advance Digital Demand Creation initiatives, as required, including testing efforts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field is preferred but NOT required, with 2+ years of general business experience preferably in a marketing or sales function

Must be able to travel up to 5%

Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and management tools preferred

Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs/cases of products with the ability to stand for up to 4 hours while participating in photo or video shoots

Strong analytical skills and digital dexterity supported by intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

Demonstrated ability in being a fast learner and adapting to change

Ability to assimilate new software, technology, procedures and techniques as they are constantly introduced in this environment

Strong project management and process-minded work style

Experience in handling multiple assignments concurrently, possessing excellent organizational and time management skills, and being able to function in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail.

Proactive approach with ability to anticipate, initiate, and prioritize

The ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority is required

Demonstrated ability working with a variety of levels of management and internal/external customers

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Excellent at problem solving with the ability to understand the issue and provide workarounds

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$46,546.55 - $62,974.74
