The Opportunity

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join the Lightroom team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that enhance Lightroom's visibility and adoption among photographers, creatives, and enthusiasts.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Adobe Lightroom, focusing on market research & analysis, product messaging & positioning, product launches and go-to-market strategies.Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with product management and growth to shape the roadmap of the Lightroom products, building experiences our customers love and unlocking growth through product innovation and experimentationLead product launches and partner with Go-To-Market to coordinate marketing activities to drive user acquisition and product adoption.Monitor and analyze performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and meet business objectives.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Currently enrolled in an MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsAbility to take initiative on new projects and drive complex issues to resolutionAbility to create and build new concepts and ideas

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
