The Opportunity

Introduce Adobe Photoshop to the next generation of artists, photographers, and designers who want to bring their creative vision to life, and define the business and marketing strategy for Photoshop on new platforms and devices.

Join a team of product marketers and go-to-market leaders who work with product managers to bring Photoshop to new customers in new ways!

What You’ll Do

Define the key regions and countries for customer acquisition

Develop the marketing plan to capture the value at stake in key markets based on rigorous analysis ( e.g. TAM, competition, packaging and pricing, promotions)

Develop new customer learning, engagement and retention strategies to help beginner through expert users of Photoshop

Drive our multi-year planning process with product, marketing, and sales executives as we write the product roadmap and investment plan for growth across new platforms and devices.

Define the partnership strategy with major tech companies like Apple and Google .

Monitor the performance and health of the new platforms with our senior executives as we assess the experience of customers in all markets.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Currently enrolled in an MBA program and graduating between December 2024 - June 2025

Mobile and web planning and go to market experience. You’ve previously worked on teams to deliver customer acquisition, engagement, and retention improvements for popular mobile and web apps.

Impact. A distinctive track record of impact in product marketing and strategy decisions based on your recommendations.

Trust. Professional experience and insights to advise product and sales leaders based on a deep understanding of audiences, products, channels, and value chain.

Excellent storyteller and communicator. The gift to tell a powerful and simple story to senior executives, technical leaders, and marketers across a range of complex issues with the quiet confidence of a wealth of evidence in your back pocket.

Results oriented and data driven. Demonstrates superior analytical skills to identify , analyze, and use data to inform a recommendation.

Partners with market researchers, product managers, and sales leaders to seek out data to validate ideas and demonstrates the courage to challenge our plan based on new information .

Demonstrated ability to partner with product management and go-to-market teams to define and implement new programs and investments to achieve our business goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
