Production Designer

Thermos L.L.C., a leader in marketing the best portable food and beverage containers for people on the go is seeking a Production Designer to join our Team!The Production Design position works closely with our graphic designers and is responsible for the production and execution of product imagery, campaign production, packaging, email marketing support and sales collateral ensuring that all content accurately represents final production and maintains consistent brand messaging and touch-points across all platforms and pillars.Responsibilities:Provide marketing activation, design production and campaign support on all corporate creative projects as necessary. (catalogs, sell sheets, packaging, point of purchase displays, care and use manuals, tradeshows, etc.)Generation, processing and distribution of product images and lifestyle photography. This includes 3D rendering, photography, color correction, retouching, and database distribution.Monitoring and maintaining all brand assets to achieve consistent brand expression across all channels and touchpoints.Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to stretch, and execute all social media, email marketing and promotional campaigns.Maintaining and creating enhanced ecommerce content as well as website image formatting for owned and retail partner websites.Assist with retail sales support including the creation of presentation assets, planograms, mock-ups and standees.Provide design production support on all corporate creative projects as necessary. (presentations, sell sheets, packaging, point of purchase displays, care and use manuals, tradeshows, etc.)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.1+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within a consumer products company, agency or design firm.Expert proficiency within the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Able to multitask and work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work collaboratively with others.Extremely organized and able to develop and manage a large portfolio of image files.Prior experience with Email Marketing, Email Coding or Video Editing is a plus.3D rendering or photography background a plus.At Thermos, we welcome and appreciate all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives - encouraging everyone to bring their authentic selves to work.
