Job Summary

The E-Commerce Marketing Manager manages and administers the organization's e-commerce business presence. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.

Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.

Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting strategic planning and procedural change.

Ability to work as part of a team. Management skills.

Oral and written communication skills. Ability to influence others.

Project management skills. Interpersonal skills. Planning skills. Creativity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees implementation of marketing plans and campaigns meant to promote online sales of the organization's products and services.

Researches industry and competitive trends and gathers data identifying specific new or underserved channels.

Administers online promotions email campaigns or social media outreach programs.

Collects data measuring campaign performance; modifies campaigns based on ROI analysis.

Works with the IT and web development teams to ensure that e-commerce sites are accessible and easy to navigate.
