In this role, you'll manage and coordinate marketing efforts with a focus on engaging our mission-driven audience, streamlining processes, and supporting our innovative omnichannel approach.

This position can be located anywhere in the United States from a work at home location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages the development and execution of marketing plans and recruitment initiatives for targeted segments/products/programs.Coordinate the implementation and distribution of detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure all campaigns are evaluated and appropriate adjustments considered.Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices.Manage expenses in alignment with segment/products/programs budget.Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences.Remains abreast of changes and developments in the blood banking industry. Establishes and maintains a network of professional relationships.

Requirements

Knowledge/Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.

Knowledge of the basic principles of marketing and communications required.

Experience

Three years of related experience required.

Skills/Abilities

Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Must have analytical, statistical, personal organization, and problem-solving skills.

Able to organize, prioritize, and execute a variable workload and multiple priorities.

Effective oral and written business communication skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active member of management.

Must have proficient computer skills.

Ability to travel (25+%).
