Overview:

Our selected Marketing Manager will be a pivotal member of our entrepreneurial team reporting to the Head of Retail Distribution. This position is accountable for crafting essential marketing assets tailored for our sales team and Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) partners. The Marketing Manager will focus on automation efforts to fortify our marketing initiatives. They will develop and execute campaigns which spotlight our company, products and programs. Additionally, the selected talent shall implement and manage our social media platform promoting brand awareness and sales strategies. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with teams across the organization. Additional responsibilities include:

Partner with IT to build sales and marketing enablement functionalityCraft compelling copy for product collateral, sales materials, and email campaigns.Manage updates and revisions for product collateral, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Maintain accuracy of product and company information on the website.Contribute to the creation and deployment of digital marketing campaignsEffectively collaborate with members of the executive team, sales, and design segments to ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive and impactfulCoordinate resources for conferences and events.Collaborate on the design of product and sales collateral.Develop presentations for the Sales and Executive teams.Develop, manage and execute Social Media campaigns for the company and field use.Act as the primary contact for our Contact Management system.Utilize the Contact Management System to deploy field communications.Support various value-added programs offered by the company.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience is requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in marketing enablement, copywriting and design; experience in the financial services industry is a plus.Excellent project management and communication skills.Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas that resonate with target audiences.Proven ability to provide proactive support and build strong relationships internally and externally through effective communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, etc.)Effective written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to build productive business partnershipsNote* This position will be a hybrid role in Charlotte, North Carolina and shall require 10% travel within the United StatesCompensation

The annualized base pay range is mainly based on an evaluation of comparable positions in the external market. The actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range. The base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, competence, and demonstration of proficiencies essential for the role. The base pay is just one component of Talcott's total annual compensation for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, long-term incentives and recognition.
