POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for identifying the features, pricing and characteristics of Easy Ice product offerings to more clearly define their purpose, target users, competitors and key functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product definitions that align with business objectives. Lead and manage market research projects to inform marketing decisions including pricing, segmentation, churn management and targeting. Develop and execute product pricing strategies that drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market & Pricing

Develop pricing models that consider factors such as geography, route to market, cost of goods sold, customer willingness to pay, and competitor pricingMonitor and analyze the impact of pricing decisions on business resultsDevelop and execute product pricing strategies that align with business objectives including analysis of competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behaviorGather and analyze competitor pricing and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing optimizationProduct Definition & Expansion

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop clear product definitions that align with business objectivesDevelop product positioning statements that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of the product by industryEnsure internal (sales enablement) and external (website, etc) are in alignment with definitions and messaging.Determine potential product enhancements (breadth and depth) including market analysis, financial analysis and potential GTM approaches.Customer

Establish NPS program for customer base as well as solicit feedback to drive product development and improvement.Develop a regular (monthly) customer communication which reinforces the value of Easy Ice.Develop a customer retention program including churn analysis and mitigation including potential pricing offers. Turn churn data into product improvement initiatives.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Experience:

10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product management and pricing3-5 years experience in supporting service orientated product offerings.Proven track record of developing and executing successful product and pricing strategies that drive business resultsProficiency in marketing software tools and platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendationsStrong leadership and management skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
