Primary Talent Partners has a contract opening for a Creative Project Manager with our client. This remote role is a 6-month contract opening with the potential for extension.

Pay Range: $30- $37.93 -W2, no PTO or Benefits included

Job Summary:

Onshore candidates100% RemoteNo TravelThis is an ongoing assignment.Hours - 8/32 working 5-day work week and depending on needs of team can work up to 40 hours, but no OT.Preferable to EST hours, but can be flexible with US hours.Must have skills:

3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced ad agency or marketing department managing multiple cross functional projects simultaneously.Experience with using Asana for project management- 2 years and can demonstrate the toolExperience in multi-channel marketing environments with an understanding of creative production, including websites, videos, flyers, brochures, organic and paid media, and emails.Solid understanding of creative design, campaign management, and production processes with a proven ability to use analytical thinking and an innovative mindset to adapt project plans while delivering on time.Experience managing the full life cycle of creative development, from allocating creative resources to proofing with multiple stakeholders.The Creative Project Manager will be a key team member, coordinating creative project details and deliverables, scheduling, resourcing, and ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of all creative work.The Creative Project Manager will communicate directly with stakeholders and creative resources to ensure the highest quality of creative delivery.This role requires a combination of daily project management, strategic and critical thinking, strong communication skills, keen troubleshooting, and proactive problem solving.Responsibilities:

Serve as the central point of communication for multiple concurrent projects ensuring all team members are on track with deliverables, providing project updates, identifying and troubleshoot timeline risks, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy against project scopes.Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on scope of work and project goals.Communicate changes and provide status updates to internal stakeholders.Identify and proactively address any barriers that may cause delays.Effectively lead internal weekly status meetings.Build strong working relationships across the organization, establishing yourself with internal stakeholders as a trusted resource and advisor.Manage the file management systemUnderstand the *** product line and the ***brand.Skills:
