Description

Summary:

Responsible for all print creation, signage, development of collateral materials, direct mail pieces and digital signage. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or employee challenges.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Hire, train, develop, measure performance, discipline, and schedule department staffLead the tactical execution of strategic initiatives under the direction of division leadershipEstablish standards of service within assigned department(s) and ensure achievementMonitor and control labor within the department while maintaining adequate coverage in the department based on business demandsCreation, ordering and installation of promotional materialDaily walk through of all in-house signage.Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team membersPerforms other duties as assignedPosition Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experienceMinimum of three (3) years of experience in related fieldProficiency in all Design Programs.Training in Advertising Field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills requiredMust be at least 21 years of age.Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyVerify right to work in the United StatesWork Cards

Work Environment Potential Conditions

The work environment is characterized as an office setting, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The immediate work environment is smoke free however, regular access to smoking areas is also part of the environment. Work environments change with the development of any and all special events.
