Our client is seeking a full-time Medical Director for their well-regarded small animal/exotic practice. The hospital has been an integral part of the community for over 60 years and offers a unique opportunity for a veterinarian who values both leadership and clinical skills.
In this position, your responsibilities will include:Lead and mentor associate veterinarians, ensuring quality patient care.Collaborate with the Practice Manager to maintain operational excellence.Engage with the local community and build lasting client relationships.Manage a diverse caseload, including surgery, ultrasound, and exotic medicine.Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
