Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with 9+ years of experience to join our team for an exciting project with Franklin Templeton, a renowned global investment firm. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating usercentered designs that deliver seamless and engaging experiences for our clients digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
Analyze user feedback and behavior to inform design decisions.
Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to guide the design process.
Design & Prototyping:
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with the project’s objectives.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and testing.
Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Participate in cross functional team meetings and contribute to the overall design strategy.
Usability Testing:
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions.
Gather qualitative and quantitative data to identify areas for improvement.
Iterate on designs based on testing results to optimize user experience.
Qualifications:
Experience Required: 9+ Years
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HumanComputer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
9+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the finance or investment industry.
Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
