Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Internal Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling and engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects our employees. This role is critical in supporting our internal communication strategies through the creation of high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and produce a variety of content types, including articles, newsletters, emails, intranet posts, and presentations, to support internal communications initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, understand key messages, and translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.

Develop relationships across the organization to mine story ideas, maintaining a strong pipeline of internal communications stories.

Manage and maintain the internal communications editorial calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.

Support the execution of internal communication campaigns and events, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.

Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company style and tone.

Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously improve content based on feedback and data insights.

Assist in managing internal communication channels.

Advance company goals and foster a positive and inclusive culture through storytelling.

Manage distribution of broad company emails and newsletters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in internal communications, content creation, or a related role.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong ability to create engaging content across multiple formats.

Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., intranets, email formatting software, collaboration tools).

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a corporate or large organizational environment.

Understanding of employee engagement and change management principles.

Familiarity with AP Style.

The expected salary range for this position is $94K - $117K. The specific salary offered to a candidate

may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education,

training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
