Job Summary:The Entry-Level Marketing Specialist will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. This role involves supporting various marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media management, market research, and content creation.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channelsAssist in creating content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newslettersConduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferencesSupport the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisementsCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and coordinate eventsAssist in distributing tickets for various eventsManage and distribute inventory of marketing promotional itemsAssist with the annual calendar of regional marketing and sales activitiesAnalyze campaign performance and prepare reports to track key metricsStay updated on industry trends and best practicesStrong work ethic with the ability to work independently as needed
REQUIREMENTSMust be local, willingness to work in office (live within 60 miles)Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing toolExperience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systemsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailOccasional overtime may be required during the peak of Hurricane season
PREFERREDKnowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising is advantageous
