Requirements

As the Email Marketing Program Manager, you will optimize, grow and own the email marketing program. This position will focus on strategizing and executing email campaigns, as part of the overall audience-first strategic approach and be able to identify how email can be optimized and expanded to increase conversion and revenue.

In this role you will:Lead Email Marketing Strategy: Serve as the email marketing subject matter expert, driving acquisition, retention, and upgrading strategies.Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end process of email marketing campaigns, from setup through deployment to performance analysis.Collaborative Development: Work closely with creative, digital production, and client teams to create and deploy mobile-optimized, engaging email content.Data-Driven Optimization: Collaborate with data and analytics teams to monitor audience engagement, optimize lists, and execute A/B testing and segmentation for improved results.Email Automation Leadership: Initiate and manage critical email marketing automations to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Trend Analysis and Strategy Enhancement :

Stay ahead of email marketing trends, lead brainstorming sessions, and work with digital marketing teams to refine audience-first strategies.You will bring:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.3-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing and an understanding of how email fits into the bigger picture.Experience running email marketing automations.Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment.
