The Entry Level Marketing Agent will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks related to client campaigns, market research, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kick-start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print.Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing assets.Help manage and update the company's social media profiles and website content.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies for marketing initiatives.Assist in organizing and promoting events, including trade shows, product launches, and client meetings.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Benefits
