Job Description:We are is seeking a motivated and creative Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and eager to learn the ropes of marketing in a fast-paced environment. You will support various marketing initiatives, helping to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Pay Range:
$1150 - $1450 weeklyFull time
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities.Help create and curate content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Support the marketing team in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and promotional activities.Collaborate with the design team to create visual content, including graphics, banners, and promotional materials.Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including posting updates, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.Maintain and update the company's CRM system with customer and prospect information.Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas and strategies..Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong interest in fitness and a passion for marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under deadlines.Team player with strong organizational and time-management skills.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Benefits
