Job DescriptionThe Managing Director, Marketing will lead NEFE's comprehensive marketing, branding, outreach, and content dissemination strategy to advance the organization's mission and impact. This role will provide visionary leadership for the Marketing & Engagement Team to ensure all aspects of NEFE's content creation and impact strategies are centered in equitable and inclusive practices. This experienced leader will have a proven background in marketing strategy, brand management, and the execution of tactical marketing functions. A key collaborator with NEFE's research, policy, equity, communications, thought leadership, and partnerships teams, this role is central to promoting the impact and outcomes of effective financial education, galvanizing those in and adjacent to the field to act, and advancing the organization's trusted reputation. This position reports to the Senior Vice President (SVP), Equity and serves as a marketing ambassador with the executive leadership team, managing directors, and other team members responsible for the creation and delivery of key stakeholder information.
