Summary

As a Marketing Channel Communications Consultant, you will offer strategic and hands-on support in optimizing communication execution strategies across various marketing channels. You will be responsible for advising on best practices, implementing effective content publishing strategies, and ensuring that our communications are aligned with business goals and deliver a cohesive customer experience. You will work closely with offshore teams to provide guidance and support, ensuring effective delivery of marketing initiatives and advising marketing teams on the optimal use of various marketing channels.

ResponsibilitiesExecution Strategy Development:

Develop and implement execution strategies to enhance the efficiency and speed of marketing channel deployment.Identify and recommend processes to optimize resource use and improve time to market for marketing initiatives.

Channel Execution and Optimization:

Provide hands-on support for the execution of email, web, and app content publishing, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.Advise on best practices for channel execution to reduce deployment issues and improve overall effectiveness.

Content Development & Management:

Support content creation and management efforts across channels, ensuring consistency and quality.Provide feedback and guidance on content development to ensure it aligns with strategic goals and audience expectations.

Offshore Team Collaboration:

Work closely with offshore teams to provide clear guidance and support on execution tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.Facilitate communication and coordinate efforts between onshore and offshore teams to streamline execution processes.

Best Practices & Recommendations:

Assess and recommend best practices for using proprietary platforms and Adobe solutions (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign) to optimize channel communications.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions and maintain competitive advantage.

Consulting & Training:

Provide expert guidance and support to marketing teams and stakeholders on the effective use of various marketing channels, including email, web, and app.Ensure that marketing teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to leverage channels effectively and achieve desired outcomes. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of the required channels

Project Management:

Manage and execute undertaken projects from planning through to execution and post-implementation review.Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and alignment with business requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.10+ years of experience in marketing channel execution or operations, with a focus on optimizing deployment processes.Proven experience working with offshore teams and managing cross-functional projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in email marketing tools, web content management systems, and app content publishing platforms.Experience with Adobe platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign) and other marketing technologies.Good understanding of best practices for SEO, UX/UI, and content optimization.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions and efficient execution.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Certifications (Preferred):

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in relevant Adobe products.Certification in email marketing or digital content strategy (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $120-$140. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
