Job Overview:

The Internal Communications Manager plays a key role in building and executing internal communications (IC) strategies and programs that engage, inspire, and empower Haffner's associates. The Internal Communications Manager is a vital partner to Brand Marketing and the Human Resources teams, collaborating on enterprise communications. This position is responsible for developing and executing communication plans that enhance employee engagement, promote company culture, and amplify HR, Safety, and Brand programs while ensuring engaging, consistent messaging is on brand and aligned with our core values: Fueled by Family, Always Do the Right Thing, and Safety...In Everything We Do.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the internal communications strategy, including key messaging, communication channel (Connect), and tactics.Create and deliver internal communications content, such as email updates, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, videos, etc.Collaborate with key organizational stakeholders to ensure internal communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with company goals and values.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, providing recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis.Develop and maintain an internal content calendar to ensure timely, relevant internal communications.Partner with HR, to identify opportunities to promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.Assist with crisis communications, ensuring employees are informed and up to date.Maintain and update the company's internal communication tools, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with company goals and values.Support internal events and campaign new programs to help drive attendance and adoption of any new corporate wide programs.Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.3+years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.Excellent writing and editing skills.Strong project management skills.Experience in content creation and delivery, including emails, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization.Knowledge of best practices for internal communications.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience managing and maintaining internal communication tools is a plus (e.g., intranet SharePoint, SMS software).Software efficiencies in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Compensation:Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is:

PAY $90,000 / year.

Salary $90,000 - $100,000

Work environment:

This position has the potential of having a hybrid option of 4 days onsite/1 day remote
