The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. This role involves leading the creation of go-to-market plans, managing product launches, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful commercialization of our healthcare technology products. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product marketing within the healthcare industry, particularly in the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sector, and a proven ability to drive product adoption and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Marketing:

Develop and execute product marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.Own the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies.Product Launch Management:

Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing product launches.Develop and manage launch timelines, ensuring that all marketing and sales deliverables are met.Create and oversee the development of marketing collateral, including product brochures, sales presentations, and digital content.Sales Enablement:

Equip the sales team with the tools, content, and training necessary to effectively sell the product portfolio.Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and product FAQs.Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are up-to-date on product features, benefits, and positioning.Market Analysis and Customer Insights:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.Develop customer personas and use them to guide product marketing strategies and messaging.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on product marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the Tech Team to understand product development timelines and incorporate them into marketing plans.Communicate product marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.Events Management:

Plan and manage marketing events, including industry conferences, webinars, and product demonstrations.Ensure that events align with product marketing strategies and drive brand awareness and lead generation.Manage event logistics, including vendor selection, budget management, and on-site coordination.Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or med-tech sector. Experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) is highly desirable.Skills:

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically in CRM.Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, marketing automation, and analytics tools.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
